How to shape your body after weight loss

Exercise: Lie on your left side with your left leg straight and your right leg bent at a 90-degree angle and in front of a your left leg. Prop yourself up on a your elbow. Now, keep your left leg straight and slowly raise it until you feel a slight stretch in a your inner thigh. Hold for 5 seconds and return to starting position. Do it ten times and then move to your left leg. If your inner thigh skin is too saggy, you can do this exercise 4 times a week.

For neck and chin

No one wants a double chin and it's likely to appear also when you have gained only a few additional kilos. There are many exercises that can aid in getting rid of double chin and doing them daily is the most effective way to eradicate it.  

Exercise: Stand a straight. Tilt your head back and see at the ceiling. Do not strain your neck. Open your mouth and close it, gradually touching your teeth together. You can feel a slight stretch in the muscles of a your chin. Repeat this exercise 5  to 10 times a day and receive effective results.

For abs

After losing weight from the abdomen part , the next step should be to trim unwanted skin.

Exercise: Lie on your back with a your knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Place your hand behind your head and without bending your neck, gradually raise your head and upper back off the floor. Hold for 5 seconds and return to your starting position. Repeat it 10 to 20 times. You can do this core exercise on an alternate days.
