2. Low appetite

1. Only eat when you are actually hungry.

“Actually hungry” means eat after totally digesting your previous meal. Sometimes, we may mistakenly trust that we are hungry while in reality we may merely be dehydrated.


2. Eat in a serene and enjoyable environment

When you eat, sit down and try to ignore any distractions like  a television, book, phone, or laptop.


3. Eat the proper amount

Every of us has unique demands, a distinct stomach size and a different metabolic rate. Eat only till you feel brimful.



4. Eat hot meals

While food should ideally be freshly made, if you stay away from any food coming straight from the refrigerator, your digestive system will reside healthy (Agni).


5. Consume at a consistent time

Be daily and punctual with your meal timings because nature appreciates cycles and uniformity.
