see saved WiFi passwords on iOS 16 and i PadOS 16
The procedure is similar on both iOS 16 and iPadOS 16. So whether you have an iPhone, iPad, or both, the steps below keep unchanged.
- Assure your iDevice is running at least iOS 16 or iPadOS 16
- Choose Wi-Fi.
- Choose Edit in the top right corner.
- Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your the device’s password — depending on the device you own.
- A list of all saved networks will show. There you can select on the (i) icon next to a network’s name to view its password or forget it.
- Keep in mind that if you have i Cloud Key chain sync enabled, then deleting a WiFi password from one Apple device will remove it on all of your iCloud-enabled devices. You would require to re-enter the password to join the particular network again.
