Amid growing corona-positive cases in the state, the Romanian government announced the importance of the poor. CMO secretary Ashwini Kumar said at a press conference that it has been decided that Rs.

He said that the state government would also provide Rs 1,000 assistance for the month of April. The amount of this assistance will be deposited in the bank account of all the beneficiary family. He said that due to this help, the state government would have a burden of Rs 666 crore.

Importantly, direct one thousand rupees will be deposited in the accounts of 66 lakh working and poor families. No beneficiary will have to apply for this, Ashwini Kumar said. Apart from that, he said, so far 60 lakh beneficiaries of the state who are not included in the NFSA have so far distributed free ration to up to 45 lakh families.

The ECI introduced this new system of appointing BLOs creating a clear line of accountability for preparation of an error-free electoral roll, making the BLOs its custodian at the polling booth level. Previously, voter-identification slips used to be distributed by the contesting candidates of various political parties and that gave scope for complaints. The preparation of accurate electoral rolls and direct distribution of voter identification slip by the BLOs also boosted voter confidence in the credibility of the election process.

BLO assists eligible citizens to become voters and obtain voter card. BLO provides those different forms for addition, deletion and correction of Electoral Roll entries, carries out physical verification, and gives his/her report to Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) .The BLO interacts with local people/ political parties’ representatives and identifies dead/shifted/duplicate voters to be removed from the electoral roll after due process of law. Ahmedabad: Corona virus is increasing day by day in Gujarat. Then Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, Rajkot decided to make the mask compulsory to prevent local transmission. Ahmedabad Municipal Commissioner Vijay Nehra said on Sunday that workers would have to wear masks, including those going to public roads, places, groceries, milk, vegetables or malls or petrol pumps and operating managers at Ahmedabad from 6am on Monday.

If people do not wear masks, they will be fined Rs 5,000 and will also be lodged in jail against those who do not pay the fine or if they do not pay, where up to three years' imprisonment will be imposed. In addition, a fine of up to Rs 5,000 has been made for those who do not wear masks in Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot. The offense could carry up to three years in prison

Corona has killed 25 people in the state and 44 people have recovered.
